Christmas Message

Dear Northern Norwich Scouters

As we all start to look forward to the festive season, I would like to say thankyou to all for your dedication that you bring to the day to day volunteering at all levels of scouting within the groups in Northern Norwich.

Also exec committees, appointment panels and all supporters who work tirelessly in the background to provide the leadership teams with the tools to provide scouting to the young people.

A special thankyou to the District exec who have helped my transition to the DC role over the past 6 months.

There has been some comings and goings as I build a team to move the district into the next 12 months and beyond, a big thankyou to those who have moved onto new roles and a warm welcome to those who have joined the team and taken on these important and exciting new roles.

The past 12 months have been a challenge for us all, both in scouting and personally as we moved forward post-pandemic, with more exciting projects and events planned for next year we can hope for some normality in 2023 !!!!

So I would like to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy new year and rasie a glass to scouting in 2023
